Excitement Fills the Household

Slowly, but surely, it is happening. This weekend, we took the big step of purchasing some furniture - a dining set, a bedroom suite and living room tables. Sure, we could be criticized for over analyzing the process. We drove all around Los Angeles – including the Korean shops on Western, the perpetually going out of business outlets by pseudo-Takhte Jamshid. We even looked at IKEA. But in the end, we found a better deal and much better furniture right in the Park La Brea area - on Wilshire no less! And tonight, we took delivery of our wooden babes. And our apartment is slowly becoming a home.

Neema, Its Bobak. I don't have an account so I'm posting "anonymously."

I spoke to your brother this evening (Thurs), and Yahooed "Aghamohammadi" and got your blog as the first hit. Mazda mentioned you'd moved to Park La Brea -nice choice. There's a lot of people from the industry living there. You can't beat living next to both The Grove, the indy movie theaters, and LACMA. Congrats, man.

I'm sorry I couldn't make your wedding! Double congratulations on that and I wish you both a very happy future togther!

Ciao from Minneapolis, where the high was 64 today...
