whirlwinds / wandering around in silence

the august whirlwind continues to spin, surround and astound me. work has been much more than it ever was before and this MICU month is beginning to take it's toll on me.

the depeche mode shows were amazing. i caught the band at the Staples Center on august 14 and at the Pond on august 19. both shows were good but the crowd was actually awake on the 19th. something about a north american tour finale or something. dave messed up the vocals on 'Clean' massively and the band seemed to be in a very good mood throughout. if there's another tour, i look forward to it.

everyone seems to have gotten a hold of the new new order album except me... hmm.
